Every session begins with conscious breathwork — one of the most powerful and underused tools for nervous system regulation and emotional release. Through your breath, you'll begin to let go of the stress, anxiety, and emotional weight that has accumulated in your body over years. This is not breathing exercises. This is deep, guided, transformative work.
When did you last sit quietly and ask yourself: who am I, underneath all of this? Each week, Janisha guides you through a deeply immersive visualisation designed to reconnect you with your own wisdom, your own desires, and your own inner landscape — free from the noise of everyone else's needs.
The stories we carry ("I have to do it all", "I can't slow down", "Everyone needs me") are not truths. They're patterns — and patterns can change. Through mindset coaching, you'll identify the beliefs that are driving your exhaustion, and replace them with something that actually serves you.
Some of what we carry is very old. This part of the programme creates a safe, held space to gently meet the parts of you that have been hurt, dismissed, or pushed aside — and to begin the healing that no productivity hack can touch. This is the work that changes everything.
We'll work directly with your nervous system to shift you out of the chronic stress state that has become your baseline. You'll leave with simple, powerful daily tools — grounding practices, somatic techniques, energy regulation — that you can return to for life. This is a permanent recalibration, not a temporary fix.

I built Exhale because I needed it myself.
I know what it’s like to be the strong one. To be the person everyone turns to, while quietly wondering when it will be your turn — to rest, to be held, to breathe.
For years, my body was trying to tell me something. I kept overriding it. I kept functioning. And I paid the price — in autoimmune conditions, in exhaustion so deep it had become my normal, in a creeping disconnection from the person I actually was underneath all of the doing.
The work inside Exhale is the work that changed my life. Not dramatically, overnight. But deeply, permanently, in the way that real change happens — layer by layer, breath by breath, one session at a time.
